2. Removal of Content

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send us a Counter-Notice. It must include:
Your full legal name, contact information, and physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content removed and its original location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction where the Website operates).
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action within 10–14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts or block access of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
